NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH AT BILASPUR WRIT PETITION (S) NO. 781 OF 2009 Umesh Kumar Dhomane, D/o Bhupendra Kumar Dhomane, aged about 24 years, R/o Implipara Nagar Palika Gali, Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.) ... Petitioner versus 1.
State of Chhattisgarh, through Secretary, Town & Country Planning, DKS Bhawan, District Raipur (C.G.) 2.
The State Public Service Commission, through the Secretary, State Public Service Commission, Shanker Nagar, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) ... Respondents For Petitioner :
Ms. Aparajita Gayakwad, Advocate.
For Respondent-State :
Mr. S.P. Kale, Dy. Advocate General.
Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 13/07/2018 1.
Considering the nature of dispute raised by the Petitioner and the fact that there was no interim order in favour of the Petitioner, by efflux of time the dispute raised by the Petitioner is left of only academic interest for the reason that the recruitment which was initiated was of the year 2007 and since there was no interim order the entire recruitment must have been by now completed and the selected candidates also must have been appointed and they must have by now put in about 10 years of service and none of the selected candidates have been made a party Respondent in the petition either while filing the writ petition or during pendency of the writ petition. This Court thus is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 2.
The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) /sharad/ Judge
