1. The petitioner submits that initially he joined the post on 19.07.2006. Thereafter, after completing 8 years he was entitled to revised pay scale and consequently by order dated 27.03.2018 Annexure P-1 it was ordered that the petitioner would be entitled for the revised pay scale from the back date i.e., 19.07.2014. It is contended that despite the orders (Annexure P-1) having been passed, the petitioner is not being granted revised pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay 4300. It is contended that under the circumstances, the petitioner has made an application to the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Sarangarh but till date the said pay scale is not being not released.

A perusal of Annexure P-1 would show that the entitlement of the petitioner for the revised pay scale from the retrospective date was accepted and she was ordered to be given revised pay-scale from the retrospective date by order dated 27.03.2018. Being so the petitioner has made an application on 13.04.2018 and thereafter on 26.11.2018 to grant such benefit. Under the circumstances, after perusal of Annexure P-1, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation within 3 weeks to respondents 3 & 4, who in turn shall decide the same and may grant benefit within a period of 45 days from the date of presentation of the representation along-with this order. 3.
