1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.90/2020 registered at Police Station Purani Bhilai, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act.

3. The applicant along with other accused persons caused multiple

MCRC No. 1716 of 2021 incised wounds over the neck of injured Lakhan Lal Sahu by means of Chapad. Although the applicant is not named in the FIR, but in his subsequent statement, the injured has named the present applicant as one of the culprit. Moreover, the applicant has two previous criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the material available in the case diary, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
