The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by non-finalization of pension and payment of other retiral dues.

Facts of the case are that the petitioner sought voluntary retirement which was accepted and the petitioner was allowed to retire with effect from 31-07-2017. Even after lapse of four months, the petitioner is not being heard on finalization of pension. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that the authorities are taking expeditious steps to finalize petitioner's pension and other retiral dues. 4.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, particularly

taking into consideration that the petitioner has retired four months before, it would be proper to dispose off the matter with a direction to the respondents to finalize the petitioners' pension case and pay other retiral dues itself, like GPF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment and Group Insurance, if not paid now, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months.
