Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 03/09/2015 Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 20.10.2011 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No.1 Chhattisgarh State Information Commission partly accepting appeal preferred by the petitioner and permitting him to submit the list of documents with respect to which the information is sought. The appellate authority has further directed that information be given to the petitioner on payment of requisite fee.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application showing the list of documents with respect to which the information is sought. He submits that the petitioner would pay due fee in this respect as provided under the law.
He, however, submits that the Public Information Officer may be directed to ensure supply of the requisite documents expeditiously.
3. Counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection to the proposition as put forth by the petitioner.
4. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with the aforesaid liberty. Needless to state, in case of filing such application by the petitioner before the Public Information Officer/respondent No.3, after completing all the formalities the authority would act in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
