We have heard Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondents. 2.

In view of the notice dated 14.4.2015, providing opportunity to the Petitioner including for a hearing, and the reply filed on 21.4.2015, we are of the considered opinion that the writ application is premature at this stage unless and until a final decision is taken by the

Respondents. All possibilities remain open till then. 3.

At this stage, Learned Senior Counsel submits that the Petition may be permitted to supplement the reply dated 21.4.2015 before the Respondents.

The Petitioner is permitted to supplement the reply, provided it is filed within a maximum period of one week from today. 5.

It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter which is remains for the Respondents to consider, but in accordance with law.

The writ application stands disposed.
