On due consideration of the reasons assigned therein and in view of the order dated 08.03.2021 passed by the Supreme Court in suo motu Writ Petition (Civil) No.3/2020, I am inclined to allow the same. 3.

I.A.No.01/2021 is allowed and the delay in filing the present petition is accordingly condoned.

This petition has been filed seeking restoration of Misc. Appeal No.110/2018, which was dismissed in default vide order dated 13.05.2019. 6.

On due consideration of the reasons assigned in the application, the said M.C.C. is allowed and the Misc. Appeal No.110/2018, which was dismissed in default vide order dated 13.05.2019, is restored to its original file.
