After due consideration, the prayer made is allowed. The time granted for concluding the trial in M.Cr.C No. 6236/2018 vide order dated 07.09.2018 for conclusion of trial in Sessions case No. 35/2018 pending before the Court concerned is further extended for four months.

Accordingly, P.U.D. is disposed of.
