There is a prayer for extension of time on the submission that the petitioner being poor widow lady residing in remote district of Dantewada could not manage to file the appeal within the time stipulated by the Court. 2.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner's circumstances stated in the application, I am inclined to grant further period of 15 days. In case, the petitioner approaches the Rent Control Tribunal within 15 days from today, the Tribunal shall decide the matter on its own merit without going into the aspect of limitation. However, if the application is not filed within the said period, it would be open for the petitioner to explain delay beyond 15 days before the Tribunal. 3.
The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
