(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that
the petitioner has been removed from the post of Hostel Superintendent and he has been posted at Government Middle School Belgohani, Block Gaurela, District Bilaspur by the impugned order dated 23.01.2016 passed by respondent No.3Assistant Commissioner Tribal Welfare Department, Bilaspur and therefore, he may be permitted to file representation before respondent No.2-Collector, Bilaspur for redressal of his grievances.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) The petitioner is permitted to file representation before respondent No.2-Collector, Bilaspur. If such representation is made by the petitioner, the Collector, Bilaspur shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of receipt of representation along with copy of this order.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
