Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order dated 15.05.2015 passed by Inspector General of Police, Bilaspur, the departmental appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent authority since 30.05.2015 and no hearing has taken place till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent authority is directed to consider and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
