1. Aggrieved by the action on the part of the respondents in illegally disqualifying the petitioner for participating in the recruitment process to the post of Divisional Level Staff Nurse for District Bilaspur, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for

the State on instruction submits that the entire recruitment process is completed and the appointment orders have also been issued for the selected candidates and they have also joined their duties and are discharging the duties for about three months now.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let the petitioner raise an objection/representation to the respondents No. 1 to 3 & 5 in respect of their respective grievances which the authorities may consider in accordance with law after due scrutiny of the same.

4. The State Counsel to the aforesaid request of the petitioner for disposal of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to represent before the State authorities, do not oppose the same.

5. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the respondents No. 1, 2, 3 and 5 by way of a detailed representation and on such representation being made, the authorities are expected to take a decision at the earliest in accordance with law preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- 1.
