Agrawal Order On Board /0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent authorities stating that national holidays and non-working days should not be included for the purpose of counting the period of earned leave and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer further representation to respondent No. 2 for redressal of his grievances and in turn the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
