Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Collector, Raipur has not complied with the order dated 21.05.2015 passed by respondent No. 2 - Director, Director of Geology and Mining, being aggrieved against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to bring to the notice of the Collector, Raipur the order passed by respondent No. 2 - Director, Director of Geology and Mining, Raipur and, in turn, the Collector shall consider and dispose of the matter as directed by said authority expeditiously. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions finally stand disposed of. No cost(s).
