Heard on Application for Restoration of W.P.(S) No.1018 of 2020, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 17.02.2020. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the order dated 17.02.2020 passed in W.P.(S) No.1018 of 2020 is recalled. Consequently, W.P.(S) No.1018 of 2020 is restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the Application for Restoration of W.P.(S) No.1018 of 2020 is allowed.

It is submitted that WP(S) No.1018 of 2020 is fresh matter, therefore, Registry is directed to list it in the next week in fresh hearing list.
