1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not granting the benefits of the Higher pay-scale which the petitioner was entitled for on completion of 10 years of service on the post of Assistant Teacher Panchayat (A.LB).
2. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the respondent No. 4 as early as on 18.11.2019 had sanctioned the higher pay-scale to the petitioner on competition of 10 years of service, however, till date the order has not been implemented so far as the petitioner is concerned.

Given the limited relief that the petitioner has the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondent No. 4 to ensure that unless the order Annexure P/1 is implemented in its letter and spirit at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, unless the impugned order Annexure P/1 has been cancelled, withdrawn or modified at a later stage.
