It is submitted that the correct spelling of the applicant in MCrC No.4200/2017 is 'Jagdev' and not 'Jagatdev'. The statement has been made on affidavit.

Accordingly, in order dated 21/11/2017 granting bail, the name of the applicant shall be read as 'Jagdev' in place of "Jagatdev'. CrMP is accordingly disposed off.
