1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the dispute in respect of release of leave encashment payable to the petitioner and also in respect of improper fixation of pension given to the petitioner.

2. Considering the nature of dispute, let the matter be placed before the High Power Committee constituted by the State Government for resolving the dispute relating to retiral and pensionary benefits.

3. State counsel is directed to ensure that the matter pertaining to the petitioner is referred to the High Power Committee through the office of the Advocate

General. In addition, the petitioner would also be at liberty to approach the High Power Committee for redressal of his grievance. The Committee is expected to scrutinize the claim of the petitioner and finalize the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
