1. There is an application (IA No.16) filed by Shri Ashok Kumar Shukla, Advocate for withdrawal of vakalatnama. It has been stated in the application that the parties have obtained 'NOC' from the counsel on 1.9.2017 and have withdrawn their file and the counsel does not have any papers and in the absence of any instructions he cannot appear.

2. Upon due consideration, the application is allowed. Shri Ashok Kumar Shukla, Advocate, is allowed to withdraw from the case.

3. It is found that the petitioner has not engaged any new counsel in the matter. Therefore, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the petitioner to revive.
