The petitioner's grievance is that he is aggrieved by the order dated 03-10-2017 by which he has been posted as Licensee Collector in Engineering Department. The petitioner, thereafter, preferred a representation on 10-11-2017 and then filed this petition on 28-11-2017. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the appearing for respondents submits that the petitioner's representation is under active consideration and at this stage, the petition is disposed off with liberty to respondents to take decision on petitioner's representation.

Considering that his representation is under consideration, the matter is disposed off at this stage with liberty to revive, if grievance is not redressed.
