ORDER

Mr. Brajendra Singh, Senior Law Officer appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that he is appointed as Nodal Officer and authorised to deal with the case. Shri Dinesh Kumar Shukla, Deputy General Manager (Law) also fortifies the same. They submit that as per the policy decision, they want to withdraw this appeal and further submit that they want to satisfy the impugned judgment and decree. 2.
