The petitioner has applied on 27/03/2015 for renewal of regular stage carrier permit No.17/RPR/2006 on the route Raipur to Saraipali via Arang and Pithora and one return trip daily.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the application of the petitioner remained pending without any decision though respondents are under statutory obligation to decide the application within a period of 60 days. Learned State counsel submits that if any such application is moved, the same shall be decided expeditiously.

In view of above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide his application within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
