Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15/12/2017 Heard.

1. The petitioner has challenged the impugned order on the ground that earlier

-2the petitioner was given additional charge of Block Coordinator Banshital on 29.06.2017. Now, by impugned order, another teacher has been given the charge. It is also submitted that there were complaints against respondent No.8/Ravindra Kumar Pant even then charge has been given to him.

2. A perusal of order dated 29.06.2017 shows that the petitioner was substantively posted as Assistant Teacher Panchayat in primary school, Jhulandhongri and additional work of Coordinator in Rajiv Gandhi Shiksha Mission which was given to the petitioner has now been given to some other teacher. Therefore, on this ground, no interference is called for.

3. However, it has been stated in the petition that there were number of complaints against respondent No.8/Ravindra Kumar Pant, yet he has been given the work. This aspect may be examined by the Collector and the State Mission Director, Rajiv Gandhi Shiksha Mission and decision may be taken in two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
