1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the dislocation of husband and wife, both of whom are in government employment at two different places of posting.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the transfer policy of the State Govt., as far as possible husband and wife should have been accommodated at the same place.
3. Given the said fact, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned by making a suitable representation for ventilating his grievance and claiming for an appropriate posting in accordance with the transfer policy. Upon such representation being made, the same be considered by the respondents concerned in accordance with the policy at the earliest.
