Agrawal Order On Board 03/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Department of School Education insists the petitioner to undergo Dl.Ed Course. According to the petitioner, she has also already done B.Ed Course from the Gurughasidas University against which she has already made representation before respondents No.1 & 3, but the same has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authorities to decide the same
expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, respondents No.1 & 3 are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation, if any before the said authorities.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
