Order On Board 18/05/2016 The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 03/2016, registered in Police Station Pathalgaon, District : Jashpur for offence punishable under Sections 363, 370

(4) and 370 (3) of the IPC.

Applicant along with three other accused persons namely Jai Kumar of Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, Bapu Harchan Walerao of Jalgaon, Maharashtra and Tikam Ram of Malkharoda, Chhattisgarh were seen alluring minor Filmon and three other victims namely Manoj Kujur, Ajay Toppo and Bhadro Tirkey at the Bus stand of village Beldegi, district Jashpur on the pretext of arranging jobs on payment of handsome remuneration in the State of Tamil Nadu. One Sadanand Bhuihar of Jeevan Jharna Samiti lodged a written complaint with the police.

It appears that the victims were not taken away out of the State but were caught at the bus stand only. Moreover three co-accused persons have already been released on bail in M.Cr.C. No. 974/2016. 4.

Considering the entirety of the case, in particular the fact that the co-

accused persons have already been released on bail, I am of the opinion that it is a fit case where the applicant can be released on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. It is directed that in the event of the applicant's executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court, he shall be released on bail. He shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date given to him by the said Court till disposal of the trial.
