The petitioner's grievance is that though the petitioner has retired on 31.07.2017, various retiral dues have not been released so far. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents, at this stage, would submit that the respondents shall examine the case of the petitioner and take all expeditious steps to make payment of all admissible dues of the petitioner and the petition at this stage may be disposed off with appropriate direction. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, particularly taking into consideration that the petitioner retired only on 31.07.2017, I deem it expedient to dispose off the petition at this stage with direction to respondents to examine and finalize petitioner's claim of retiral dues and whatever amounts are found due and payable to the petitioner, shall be released to the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In respect of those claims which are not accepted, appropriate order would be required to be passed by the respondent so that the petitioner if aggrieved may take appropriate legal action. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
