1. The applicants have preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail as they are in jail since 20-09-2020 in connection with Crime No 85 of 2020 registered at Police Station Bhatgaon, District Surajpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 294, 341, 506/34 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks withdrawal of this bail petition with liberty to file afresh after recording the statement of the complainant.

3. Accordingly, the instant bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
