(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation before the appellate authority for revocation or passing of the fresh reasoned order on suspension along with copy of the decision rendered by the Supreme Court, which has not been considered and decided till this date and, therefore, direction may be issued to the appellate authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, the appellate authority is directed to do well and decide on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
