1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 25.01.2021 Annexure P-1 whereby the services of the petitioner have been removed from the post of Manager.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner was engaged by the Cooperative Society governed under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition at this juncture may not be maintainable. The appropriate remedy available for the petitioner is that of approaching the competent authorities under the Co-operative Societies Act by raising a dispute

and the authorities concerned in turn on such application/representation being made, would take an appropriate decision in accordance with law at the earliest.
