W.P.(S)No.1060/2016 Order On Board /0 4 /2016 (1) Shri Sonmani Bora, Secretary, Department of Woman and Child Development would submit that the Chief Executive Officer, Janpand Panchayat, Berla, while passing the order dated 2.3.2016 , has not considered the decision of this Court passed in W.P. (227) No.2921 of 2008 in its letter and spirit and, as such, it has not been considered by the appointing authority. He would further submit that the authority concerned will consider the petitioner's case afresh in compliance of order passed by this Court in W.P. (227) No.2921/2008. Apart from this, as the order of this Court has not been complied with in its letter & spirit, appointing authority/ Standing Committee of Janpad Panchayat would take decision afresh as directed by this Court in W.P. (227) No.2921/2008 decided on 15.06.2015, within a period of three weeks in accordance with law.

(2) Accordingly, the writ petition is finally disposed of directing the appointing authority to pass the order afresh in accordance with law within a period of three weeks as directed by this Court in W.P.

(227) No. 2921/2008 decided on 15.6.2015.

(3) Presence of the Officers are dispensed with.
