The present petition is to return the original document filed in MCRC No.4593 of 2017 as Annexure A-2, which is captioned as Ikrarnama and it is written on both the pages. 2.

It is stated that the original document is required, therefore, the same may be returned after retaining the photocopy of the same. 3.

Considering the submission made, it is directed that Annexure A-2 which is filed in MCRC No.4593 of 2017 be returned to the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same. 4.
