Impugned order dated 1.4.2016 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No.3 is appealable under Rule 15 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Service (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1999. 2.
In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of two weeks. 3.
Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of two weeks from today. If such
appeal is preferred within a period of two weeks, the Appellate Authority will do well and decide the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law. No order as to cost(s).
