Heard on application for restoration of First Appeal No.77/2002 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 08.02.2019.

As per the application, counsel for the applicant was held up in some other Bench that is why the matter was dismissed for want of prosecution.

For the reasons mentioned in the application which is duly supported with an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of First Appeal No.77/2002. 4.
