Referring to the avernments made in the reply, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court has now been complied with.

Respondent No. 1 is present in the Court would submit that he had proceeded to attend training and the respondent No. 2 was holding the charge of the Office.

Respondent No. 2 would submit that there has been some delay in the compliance of the order of the Court for which he would tender unconditional apology with the submission that in future, he will remain attentive in the matter of the compliance of the order of the Court. 4.

Having considered the learned counsel for the parties and the

statements of respondents who were present in the Court, further taking into consideration that the petitioner is now been reinstated, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter.
