The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition was insistence being made by the respondents seeking presence of the petitioner on every day in the office in spite of his services being placed under suspension. By efflux of time, the petitioner has crossed the age of superannuation and as such the writ petition has rendered infructuous. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
