The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.162/2016 registered in Police Station Tikrapara, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

As per the prosecution case, the applicants alongwith other co-accused were indulged in prostitution business and were allowing the premises to be used as brothel, thereby they were inducing persons for prostitution in different places for such offence. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that charge sheet has been filed and they are in jail since 30/04/2016. He submits that similarly placed co-accused have been enlarged on bail vide M.Cr.C. Nos.5015,
5261 & 5752 of 2017 on 18/09/2017 and case of the applicants are similar to them, therefore the applicants may be released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel do not dispute the fact that similarly placed co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail. 5.
Considering the fact that the applicants are in jail since 30/04/2016 and also considering the fact that similarly placed co-accused have been enlarged on bail vide M.Cr.C. Nos.5015, 5261 & 5752 of 2017 on 18/09/2017, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
