Limited grievance raised in this petition is that though the petitioner had appeared in the B.Ed Entrance Test 2016, result of the petitioner is not being declared. Though representation was made, nothing has been heard in the matter, giving rise to this petition. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that on the representation of the petitioner, the respondent No.2 shall communicate in writing, the decision.

In view of the said statement made, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending. Let representation of the petitioner be decided

by respondent No.2 by a speaking order, which shall be communicated to the petitioner. The decision be taken within a period of three weeks. It shall always be open for the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to her under the law, in case, the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed. 4.

The petition is disposed off.
