This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.11.2018 passed in Writ Petition (227) No. 421 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in cause title of memo of writ petition name and details of respondent No. 8 - Kiran is missing, and therefore, name of respondent No. 8 be directed to be added as " Kiran, daughter of Late Shri Suritram, aged

about 19 years, caste - Satnami, resident of near Ameer Hotel, Magarpara Chowk, Tahsil & District - Bilaspur (C.G.)" in the cause title of memo of petition. 3.

Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

On due consideration, the prayer is accepted and it is directed that in cause title of memo of petition name of respondent No. 8 as mentioned above shall also be read along with other respondents. Rest of the condition mentioned in the order shall remain intact. 5.

The order dated 19.11.2018 stands modified accordingly and be read along with this order.

Accordingly, the M.C.C. stands disposed of.
