Agrawal Order on Board 2 5 /0 4 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that second higher grade pay scale has directed to be given by the Executive Engineer on 15.10.2013 to the petitioner but that has not bee given effect to; if that be so, it is for the petitioner to make representation before the appropriate authority for giving effect to the order already granted in his favour, but no such writ petition is maintainable as there is already order holding petitioner to be entitled for higher grade pay scale.

(2) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
