Though, the petitioner has raised several grounds to challenge the legality and validity of order dated 28-11-2017 by which earlier appointment has been amended and new order of appointment has been passed omitting the case of the petitioner and appointing respondent No. 6, keeping in view, the petitioner has an alternative statutory remedy of filing an appeal under Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995, in the absence of their being any judicial error, I am not inclined to entertain the matter.
