1. Impugned order of transfer has been passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Raigarh which is challenged on the ground that it is in violation of transfer policy guidelines.

2. As the transfer order is not under challenge on any jurisdictional ground or competency, I am not inclined to entertain the petition as the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing appeal under Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995.

-23. Accordingly, with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal, the petition is dismissed.
