1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that the petitioner last many years have been shifted from one school to the other on the ground of non availability of the teachers on the subject in which the petitioner was teaching.

2. According to the petitioner she is a Lecturer in the Chemistry faculty and vide order dated 06/10/2018 she was transferred from the Government High School, Parsahi Bana Block Akaltara to the Boys Higher Secondary School, Akaltara at Akaltara and where the petitioner has also joined immediately. According to the petitioner there is subject

teacher vacancy in the said school and instead of shifting place of posting of the petitioner every year, the petitioner be considered to be posted on the said place permanently. The said request of the petitioner is one which is within the domain of the State Government and therefore ends of justice would meet if the writ petition disposed off with a direction to decide the representation of the petitioner in this regard by respondent No. 2 & 3. Let an appropriate decision be taken by the respondent No. 2 & 3 in this regard at the earliest preferably by 30/03/2019 which is the end of present academic session.
