1. Both petitions have been filed by the petitioners before this Court assailing the action of the respondents by which the petitioners have been held ineligible in the selection of appointment to the post of Technical Assistant on contract basis. While case of the petitioner is that holder of B.E./B.Tech or polytechnic diploma, not only civil branch but other branches are also eligible in view of Government earlier circular dated 06.04.2011, Shri A.S. Kachhawaha, Additional Advocate General places before this Court a copy of order dated 15.11.2017 of the Government whereby process of selection of appointment has been modified and B.E./B.Tech (civil branch) or polytechnic diploma (civil branch) holder alone is eligible. Therefore, both petitions have got no merit and are dismissed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that liberty may be given to challenge the circular.

3. It will be open for them to challenge the circular if it is permissible under the law.
