1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are entitled for pay scale and computer allowance at par with the employees working in the respondents No.1, 2 and 4 Banks, for which they have made representations time to time, which have not been considered and decided by them.
2. Be that as it may, the respondents are directed to consider
the representations of the petitioners for the parity in the pay scale and computer allowance within a period of 10 weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order and pass a reasoned and speaking order. The petitioners are at liberty to make fresh representations and submit fresh materials, if any.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
