The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with Crime No.529/2017 registered at Police Station Kotwali Korba, Out Post Manikpur, District Korba (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 354 of IPC and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

The present is the repeat bail application. The earlier bail application filed by the applicant was rejected on 13/12/2017 with liberty to revive the same after the material witnesses were examined. 3.

The complainant in the instant case has been examined and the repeat bail application filed thereafter.

Perusal of record would show that, the complainant has prima facie supported the case of the prosecution fully.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly, taking into consideration the statement of the complainant, this Court is of

-2the opinion that no case for grant of bail is made out at this juncture and the same is accordingly rejected.
