At the very outset learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue is covered by the order dated 23-12-2014,

passed in the matter of Harbansh Singh @ Harwan Singh Tanwar & others Vs. Union of India & others1. They would submit that the present writ petition may also be decided in the same terms. 2.

For the foregoing, the present writ petition is also dismissed in terms of Harbansh Singh @ Harwan (supra).
