Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. wherein the Chief Judicial Magistrate has called for the police report on 22.02.2016. Thereafter, till today the police has not filed any report. Therefore, the police may be directed to file a report. 2.
Perused the order sheet, which shows that an application was filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. wherein report was called for from the police. The same is awaited till today though almost two years have passed.

Considering the facts of this case, the police is directed to file the report before the Court below, within a further period of three
months, so that the petitioner can opt for its further option to agitate his right.
