After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application with a request to direct the trial court to expedite the trial. Prayer is allowed.

In view of the above submission, the instant bail application filed u/s 439 of Cr.PC is dismissed as withdrawn. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
