(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Assistant Grade-III in the office of Water Resource Department at Sub-Division, Manendragarh and he has been attached at Water Resources Division, Baikunthpur vide impugned order dated 31.10.2015 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No.4 against which, he has made representation before the respondent No.4-Executive Engineer, Water Resources

Department, Baikunthpur, which has not been considered and decided by the said authority till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same, expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, respondent No.4-Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Baikunthpur is directed to do well and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
